Order Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide your order number.
We will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation based on its processing status.
3. Cancellation After Processing Begins
If an order has already entered the processing stage (1–2 business days after purchase), cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, customers may wait for delivery and then request a return after receiving the item.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
For eligible cancellations:
- Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders already shipped
- Orders in transit
- Custom or specially handled orders (if applicable)
6. Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible
- We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started
- Unauthorized cancellations or chargebacks may delay resolution
